Digital products and self-paced courses
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final once access has been granted.
Live workshops and events
Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
Refunds are not available for cancellations within 7 days of the event or for no-shows.
Dragonfly Training & Consulting reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events when necessary.
Corporate and group services
Refund and cancellation terms for corporate workshops or consulting engagements will be outlined in individual contracts or agreements.
